I’ve always loved art, and made quite a bit of it growing up. I’ve always loved science, journalism, the art of story-telling, and learning about new fields and new technology. And I credit all of those interests in leading me to design. Sometimes during the day you will find me so deep into what I am working on that I have the same song on repeat in my headphones. And other days you will find me standing up sketching and white-boarding, flipping through magazines for art inspiration, or building out prototypes.

My career path has moved between consulting and product design, between being more visual design focused to more UX focused depending on the time, but I am always designing. When I’m not at work you can catch me attending or even speaking at a design event, creating digital art, cooking, or perfecting my latest hair color.
